Zoho ERP, launched in India in January 2026, adds deeper supply chain, procurement, production and people modules for mid-market manufacturers, distributors, retailers and non-profits. We recommend one after the Discover stage.
A focused Zoho Books launch typically takes about a week per app; a multi-app Zoho One or Zoho ERP rollout with process redesign typically takes about 12 weeks for the first phase. Data quality, number of entities and approval turnaround drive the timeline.
We walk through each process with the people who run it and test it against real transactions, then use Lean Six Sigma tools: DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) to structure the improvement, and FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) to rank what can go wrong and design controls where the risk is highest.
